The Maroon Tie: Freshmen Orientation 2016

Entrepreneurial Students Society (ESS) welcomed all freshmen students from the department of Entrepreneurship last June 21, 2016. The program was held at CAL Multimedia Center, PUP Mabini Campus with the theme “The Maroon Tie: ESS Freshman Orientation 2016.”

ESS president Gladys Cornejo formally started the program by stating welcoming remarks. She mainly focused on assuring the freshmen that the orientation will be their first step of becoming the future innovators towards success. An inspirational message was also delivered by Prof. Leo Alcaraz, new faculty member of Department of Entrepreneurship.

A series of audio visual presentations was presented to the freshmen students for them to be familiarized about the BS Entrepreneurship program, faculty members, rules and regulations of the department, introduction of the Entrepreneurial Students Society, and the board committees of ESS all throughout the years. In between presentations, games were also facilitated by emcees Sharmaine Paragoso and Jomar Sobiono which were actively participated by the students.

Prof. Linda Favila delivered the closing remarks, and she formally ended the program by introducing the ESS Executive Board Committee 2016 to the freshmen students.
